The World Is Yours
Poetic Ammo's newest album, "The World Is Yours" will be released on July 10, 2000 at Tower Records, KL Plaza, and July 11, 2000 nationwide. The album is a masterpiece, featuring the guys at their best and a host of who's who in Malaysian hip-hop including Reefa, The Teh Tarik Crew and D'Alliance. The album also features a much-talked about duet with superstar Sheila Majid. Even Ferhad and Fumi (John's Mistress) are guests on the album. The CD will come with a FREE VCD that not only plays the "Who Be The Player?" music video but also includes an interactive section where you can find out more juicy details about the group.

The album was produced by Paul Morrison and Yogi B and recorded at the multi-million dollar Synchrosound Studios. The album was mastered in Bernie Grundman mastering, the facility responsible for mastering many American hip-hop albums, including the products of Deathrow Records, Tupac, Snoop Dogg, Dr.Dre, and many more.

Come to Tower Records on July 10 (KL Plaza 3pm and One Utama 6pm) to be one of the first in Malaysia to get the new Poetic Ammo CD and also meet the group! There will also be a competition where you can win Swatch watches!

Watch out for the new single "All About The Hook-Up" on the radio. The single features Reefa, The Teh Tarik Crew and D'Alliance.

Poetic Ammo's "Who Be The Player?" music video won the Best Music Video award at the AIM 2000 awards and won first place at the recent Malaysian Video Awards. Congratualtions to director Virginia Kennedy! You can download the music video here.

Too Phat Graffiti
Some Singapore graffiti writers have bombed a wall in Kampung Attap with some LEGAL graffiti works. The graffiti, which spells out "TOO PHAT" was done for Too Phat's upcoming music video, "Jezzebelle." The graffiti will remain there for as long as no one vandalizes it. It is located in Kampung Attap (opposite of UMBC, KL) near the only mamak stalls there. If you're not sure where it is, ask the people around and you're bound to find it. The graffiti, as Malique says, "I guess its the biggest legal done graffiti in the city, or maybe the country by far!" Here's the graffiti:
